- Born human brought up Catholic. Enjoy working with my hands repairing and building things mechanical and artistic of metals and wood. Went into Navy after 1 year of Community College during beginning of Vietnam war and draft. Served 10 years in USNR as a CTM with 2 years active duty at Bremerhaven Germany. Worked at Xerox Corporation for 33 years as Tech Rep/CSE retired then worked 5 more years at a local print shop. Now read lots, write some and really enjoy my ability to write poetry that sometimes actually seems good to others. I sometimes read my poems at local open mikes every month. I have come to the very troublesome conclusion that the past administrations of our country since JFK have led our country into serious degradation and most people are complicit by looking the other way and doing nothing when they see wrongs being done and even justify actions that are wrong in accepting the erroneous belief that the ends justify the means.
